With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience across various sectors including Real Estate, commercial and residential construction, real estate development, and design, Katherine Burnett epitomizes the spirit of innovation and pioneering. Her trailblazing endeavors have garnered her multiple industry accolades. Katherine is a dynamic visionary, serving as the Director of Partners and the Director of Global Marketplace Leaders at Global Awakening, where she channels her deep passion for Jesus Christ into catalyzing spiritual transformations worldwide. Driven by a fervent desire to guide others into an intimate encounter with the heart of the Father, Katherine utilizes her prophetic and teaching giftings to identify and nurture emerging ministry leaders, while also fostering a supportive environment for aspiring marketplace influencers.
Dr. Jeff Burnett, Global Marketplace Leaders Team, Professor, Business Owner
With over 25 years of experience in Higher Education and business, Dr. Jeff Burnett is using his expertise to lead and coordinate the Global Marketplace Leaders at Global Awakening. As a co-owner and Vice President of a construction and land development company, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the table. His background in Curriculum Instructional Design and numerous teaching awards—including a national award for advising—further enhance his leadership. Dr. Burnett is passionate about empowering others and has served in young adult and men’s ministries, impacting lives both locally and nationally. Married for over 20 years to Katherine Burnett, they have three beautiful children, and together they’re dedicated to building God’s Kingdom through business and ministry.
Lindsey Morales, Global Marketplace Leaders Team, Strengths Coach, Fitness Instructor
Lindsey is a faith-driven leader with a background in business, ministry, and marketplace impact. She previously served in the business leader’s ministry at a Dallas megachurch, equipping professionals to integrate faith into their work and is a Certified Clifton Strengths Coach. Before ministry, she worked in management at FedEx Office and sales & marketing in the HVAC and plumbing industry. As a young mom, she also served in church administration, website management, and fitness instruction. Originally from Michigan, Lindsey studied Religion & Sociology at Hope College and now lives in Dallas with her husband and two children.
Leo Morales, Business Owner, Speaker, Business Coach
Leo is a seasoned business professional with a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Hope College in Holland, MI. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked in diverse sectors, including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and import/export. He is currently a partner at an HVAC and Plumbing company and coaches other business owners in his industry. Originally from Costa Rica, Leo started translating missions at 12. At 18, he relocated to the U.S. to work with a ministry, where he developed sound, video, and photo editing skills. Now residing in Denton, TX, he's an active member of the local business community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce and enjoys life with his wife, Lindsey, and their two children.

Ilse is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in finance, business analysis, and project management. She has collaborated with renowned companies, including a leading global consulting firm and a Fortune 100 company. In 2021, a series of serendipitous events led Ilse to join Global Awakening, where she now plays an integral role within the team. She is pursuing her Global Supernatural Discipleship certificate, driven by her commitment to integrating her faith with her marketplace endeavors. Passionate about embodying God’s vision in her work, Ilse continually seeks innovative ways to bring spiritual principles to the business world.
